Barrenjoey is an Australian registered, 70ft ketch-rigged, steel
motor-sailor, built to Lloyds of London specifications. She has a range
of 1,500 nautical miles, and is fully equipped as a seagoing charter
vessel, with ICOM 710 HF Radio, EPIRB, Depth Sounder, GPS, lifejackets,
flares, fire fighting equipment, 16 man life-raft, and an extensive
medical and first aid kit. Two generators supply 240v AC, 24v DC and
12v DC. An Iridium satellite phone is available if required (an extra
charge applies for personal use). Accommodation, all air-conditioned, is in two, private double cabins, plus a larger four-bunk cabin with its own TV and DVD player. Facilities include toilet, hot and cold fresh water shower, and an additional shower outside. The spacious, air-conditioned saloon has dinner seating for eight people, and is a great place to escape the equatorial heat. There's also a comprehensive library, TV, video, DVD, and a drinks fridge at hand. |

Charter packages include a healthy selection of tasty Asian and Western meals, snacks, 30 cases of beer, soft drinks and bottled water. If you have any special dietary needs, please inform us beforehand so that we can cater accordingly. , use of all on board equipment, transfers to and from the airport and harbour, harbour clearances and permits.

| The Barrenjoey is serviced by a brand new, 7.3m aluminium support boat powered by two 140 Hp Suzuki 4 stroke outboards and capable of a least 20 knots. It has plenty of room for 10 surfers and their equipment. It will have plenty of scope for reconnaissance of the myriad waves amongst all the nooks and crannies of the archipelago, and will be able to speed ahead or catch up to the mother-ship. It can also be used for diving trips and game fishing and, in the event of an emergency, will be able to quickly transport passengers to where they can get professional aid. | |
