Discover the Real Maldives
If you want to see the real Maldives and experience island life beyond the resorts, a cruise on the Stella could be just what you want. |
|
With just two cabins, one double and one twin, this luxury boat lets you plan your own itinerary through the inner atolls, stopping at your choice of surf spots, dive sites and traditional village islands.
Hit the breaks in North Male' Atoll in luxury, live-aboard style. Get to great waves like Chickens and Colas before the resort boats arrive, and enjoy sunset sessions after the day-trippers have left. Cruise three hours further south and explore the lesser known reefs of South Male' Atoll. The breaks are usually smaller, but they're an excellent alternative when the swell is up, and a great option for the casual surfer who wants an easy, uncrowded wave.(Click here for more about Maldives Surf). |
|
| In the evening your boat can stop
at a resort, so you can enjoy drinks at a bar, a disco night or a
cultural show. The boat captain is a qualified divemaster who knows the atolls and coral reefs, and the best sites for snorkeling or diving (international diving certificate required for scuba diving). |
